The phone is staffed on working days from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The phone number is: +31 30 – 253 79 25.

If you call at a different time, or if we are already on another call, you will be transferred to our voicemail. When leaving a voicemail, please clearly state your name and phone number and leave a message. Without this information, we will not be able to call you back.

Weekends and national holidays

During weekends and national holidays, you can fill out our online form or send an email to dwhc@uu.nl. We will contact you on the next working day.

During weekends and national holidays, we unfortunately cannot arrange for animals to be collected for post-mortem investigation. This can be done on the next working day, provided the animal is still available and in good condition. We will contact you about this.

Exception:
Are you reporting an incident in which ten or more dead birds or three or more dead mammals have been found at the same time and at the same location? Please let us know via voicemail (including your name, phone number, and nature of the outbreak), and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Parking

When visiting the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, you will no longer be able to park for free. Paid parking is available at the following parking lots: Bolognalaan, Landbouwhuisdieren, and Jenalaan.
